SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED

You have a legal right of 10 days, from the reception of the goods, to return a product to us without giving any explanation.

We will make the refund of the entire amount of the order once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us unused, in the condition it was in when delivered to you and in its original packaging. Return fees are at the customer expense.

Right of withdrawal

The customer can cancel the order within a period of 10 days following receipt of the goods without being obliged to state any reason. Withdrawal shall be effected by returning the goods to cosanova within the stated deadline, the date of postmark being the determining factor. If the withdrawal has been made correctly, cosanova shall reimburse the price paid excluding delivery c osts, on condition that the goods are received by cosanova unused and in original condition. The costs incurred for the return of the goods shall be borne by the client. cosanova declines all responsibility in the event of damage or loss during transport.

24 MONTHS WARRANTY

Your KOSHA products are warranted for a period of twenty-four months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The KOSHA warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the product.

During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use, KOSHA guarantees the replacement of the product. The warranty for the replacement product ends twelve months after the date of purchase of the replaced product.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratches or alteration of the colour)
- Any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal/ abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (e.g. knocks, dents, crushing), incorrect use of the product.

Any further claim against KOSHA for damages additional to the above described guarantee is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.
